Fundamentals of Yoga
A class for newcomers as well as for those who want to revisit the fundamentals. From yogic breathing to postures to concentration/meditation. Safety and alignment will be emphasized to optimize energy flow and maximum overall benefit. Variation will be offered to the level of challenge that each student is seeking.

Intermediate
Building on the basics. A full yoga practice with standing postures, backbends, forward bends, twists, balancing and inversions. Modifications offered. Yogic breathing (pranayama), relaxation and basic meditation.

Prana Flow
This stimulating class will emphasize the power of yogic breathing (Pranayama) in combination with movement to ignite your life force energy (Prana). Exploring many breathing techniques as tools to regulate and affect one’s energy level and mood, the movement and postures will range from intermediate to advanced level. Modifications are offered always, encouraging students to tune in to their energy level and needs each class. A great way to start the day!
Gentle Intermediate
An intermediate level class offering a balanced and complete practice. Led with a slower gentler approach.
Basic/Gentle
A great place to begin for new students or those wanting to revisit the fundamentals. A gentle approach for all levels of experience. Instruction includes warm ups, yoga postures, deep breathing and relaxation.
