Fundamentals of Yoga
​
A class for newcomers as well as for those who want to revisit the fundamentals. From yogic breathing to postures to concentration/meditation. Safety and alignment will be emphasized to optimize energy flow and maximum overall benefit. Variation will be offered to the level of challenge that each student is seeking.

Intermediate                   

Building on the basics. A full yoga practice with standing postures, backbends, forward bends, twists, balancing and inversions. Modifications offered. Yogic breathing (pranayama), relaxation and basic meditation. ​

Prana Flow
    
This stimulating class will emphasize the power of yogic breathing (Pranayama) in combination with movement to ignite your life force energy (Prana). Exploring many breathing techniques as tools to regulate and affect one’s energy level and mood, the movement and postures will range from intermediate to advanced level. Modifications are offered always, encouraging students to tune in to their energy level and needs each class.  A great way to start the day! 



Gentle Intermediate 
​
An intermediate level class offering a balanced and complete practice. Led with a slower gentler approach.

Basic/Gentle

A great place to begin for new students or those wanting to revisit the fundamentals.  A gentle approach for all levels of experience. Instruction includes warm ups, yoga postures, deep breathing and relaxation.

Intermediate Plus                                         
An intermediate level class offering a balanced and complete practice. Led at a more stimulating pace with opportunity for more challenge.

​Advanced

An advanced class developing strength and depth through advanced postures and longer holdings. Pranayama, relaxation, meditation. Home practice is helpful.
​



 At every class students will be reminded to be aware of their limits as well as be open to their potential. Always encouraged to be kind and respectful to one’s self.

Private Yoga Classes
For 1 or 2 people. A personalized session to specifically suit your needs. Any level of experience is welcome.

Yoga parties:  Celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special occasion with your friends and family doing yoga. A class designed especially for your group. Call for pricing.
